Updated: 28 September 2026 · Applies to: cPanel & WHM 138 (Jupiter theme)

An autoresponder answers incoming email automatically, for example while you are on leave.

Create an autoresponder

  1. Log in to cPanel (for example at https://yourdomain.com:2083, or from the Ucartz client area).
  2. Open Email › Autoresponders and click Add Autoresponder.
  3. Set Interval (hours before the same sender gets another reply; 24 is common).
  4. Enter the Email and choose the Domain.
  5. Fill in From, Subject and Body.
  6. Set Start and Stop (for example stop on the day you return) and click Create.

Delete an autoresponder

Open Email › Autoresponders, click Delete next to it and confirm.
