Server monitoring

Your Servers, Watched Around the Clock.

Our engineers watch your servers day and night with checks run every few minutes. Problems we already recognise are found and fixed by our own automation and AI-assisted tooling; anything else opens a ticket for one of our engineers. One server or twenty, at Ucartz or any other provider.

What we watch

Problems Found Before Your Users Do.

Linux and Windows servers, with or without cPanel, Plesk or DirectAdmin, at Ucartz or any other provider.

Uptime, Checked Continuously

Regular checks confirm the server and its sites answer, so an outage is caught in minutes, not when a customer emails you about it.

Confirmed Before We Alert

A single slow or failed check is not treated as a real outage. We wait for a second, independent failure before anything is raised, so a one-off network blip does not turn into a false alarm.

Port and Service Reachability

Beyond the website itself, we can watch whether the specific port your application listens on, a database, mail or a custom API, actually answers.

Automated Fixes for Known Problems

Our own private automation and AI-assisted tooling finds and applies the fix for problems it already recognises, without waiting on a person to be free.

A Ticket for Everything Else

When a problem is not one our automation already handles, a ticket opens against your account straight away and an engineer takes it from there.

Recovery Is Tracked Too

When a server comes back up, that is logged and you are told, so you have an honest record of how long it was actually down.

A Person Reviews the Rest

Automation handles what it recognises; anything unfamiliar or serious is looked at by an engineer, not left for a script to keep retrying blind.

Security Signals

Unusual logins and abuse reports against your server are followed up by our team, not just logged and forgotten.

Watched Around the Clock

Checks run 24 hours a day, nights, weekends and holidays included; nothing about this is switched off outside office hours.

From $13 a month for one server, $54 for five, $122 for ten and $203 for twenty. Monitoring with complete management of one server is $99 a month.

Yes. We monitor servers at any provider, as long as our team can reach them over the network.

A confirmed problem is checked against our own automation and AI-assisted tooling first; many recognised issues are fixed immediately, without waiting on a person. Anything it does not recognise opens a ticket, and an engineer looks at it personally. Bigger repairs are on-demand server management work, billed by the time used.

Both, depending on the problem. Issues our automation already knows how to fix are handled right away. Anything unfamiliar, or that needs judgement, goes to an engineer as a ticket; it is never left for a script to keep retrying on its own.

We do not raise an alert on a single failed check. A problem has to fail a second, independent check before we treat it as real, specifically so a short network blip or a slow response does not turn into a false alarm.

That is the point of watching it continuously instead of checking by hand: checks run every few minutes, day and night, so a real outage is caught and acted on long before a customer has to email you about it.

Monitoring watches your server and acts on what it finds: automated fixes for recognised problems, a ticket and an engineer for anything else. Full server management adds ongoing administration, updates and configuration work on top, for when you want us running the server day to day, not just watching it.

A single hour of real downtime usually costs more in lost orders, support tickets and a damaged reputation than several months of monitoring at $13 a month. It is one of the cheapest ways to catch a problem before your customers notice it.

No. Server monitoring is a Hire an Expert service, which is not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee (section 8 of our Terms and Conditions).

Server administration starts at $8 per 15 minutes or $28 per hour. Monthly dedicated-admin plans are available for ongoing work.

No. Book one task, a few hours or a month of support, and stop whenever the work is finished.

Yes. Our engineers manage Linux and Windows servers, cPanel, Plesk and cloud instances wherever they are hosted.
