Four Ways to Pay from India.

Pick the method when you open the invoice in your client area.

UPI and wallets

Pay with any UPI app, such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM, or with a supported wallet. Choose "Credit/Debit Cards / Wallet / UPI" on the invoice.

Debit and credit cards

Visa, Mastercard and RuPay cards from Indian banks, through the same "Credit/Debit Cards / Wallet / UPI" option.

PayPal

Pay from your PayPal balance or a card linked to PayPal. Handy if you also pay in US dollars.

Bank transfer

IMPS, NEFT or RTGS to our Indian bank account. Ask our billing team for the account details, then send us the transaction reference.

Log in

Sign in to the Ucartz client area with the email you ordered with.

Open the invoice

Go to Billing, then My Invoices, and open the unpaid invoice.

Choose how to pay

Pick UPI, card or wallet, or PayPal, from the payment method list.

Pay and get a receipt

The invoice is marked paid and a receipt is emailed to you.

Paying by bank transfer? Open a billing ticket for the account details, and reply with the transaction reference once you have paid.

Yes. Open the invoice in your client area, choose "Credit/Debit Cards / Wallet / UPI" and pay with any UPI app, such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM.

Yes. Choose INR in the currency menu at the top of any page before you order, and your account, orders and invoices are in rupees. If your account was opened in another currency, ask our billing team to change it before your next order.

Yes, 18% GST is added to the invoice for clients in India: CGST 9% and SGST 9% for clients in Kerala, IGST 18% for the rest of India. Prices on the site are shown before GST.

Every invoice carries the Ucartz GSTIN, 32AACCU0519P1ZA. Add your own company GSTIN in the Tax ID field of your client profile before the invoice is created, so it appears on the invoice too.

Yes. Open a ticket with our billing team for the account details, pay by IMPS, NEFT or RTGS, then reply to the ticket with the transaction reference and the invoice number so we can mark it paid.

Renewal invoices are created 7 days before the due date and emailed to you. A service that is still unpaid 5 days after the due date is suspended automatically, so pay before then.

Yes. Use Add Funds in the client area to add credit (minimum 10 US dollars or the same in your currency) and pay invoices from it.

Card, UPI, wallet and PayPal payments mark the invoice paid automatically once the payment goes through. If it still shows unpaid, open a billing ticket with the invoice number and the payment reference, and we will check it.
