Commission is a percentage of what your referral pays for a service: 5% on web, reseller and streaming hosting, 10% on VPS, 15%, 10%, 8% or 6% on dedicated servers depending on the monthly price, and 25% one time on services. Recurring commission is paid again on every renewal.

Dedicated servers: a server under $100 a month earns 15% every month, and pricier servers earn more in dollars at 6% to 10%. One-time services such as Hire an Expert earn 25% of the first payment.

No, it is an estimate. It assumes monthly billing and that referrals keep their service for the whole year. Real earnings depend on the plans, billing cycles and how long customers stay.
