We don't run a public swag shop yet, so there's nothing to add to a cart here. What we do have is real: branded goodies we hand out at events, and to customers and partners when we have a reason to say thank you.

Where You'll Actually Find It
- At events we sponsor or attend. If you've stopped by a Ucartz booth at a conference, meetup or community event (we've sponsored WordCamp Kerala and others), you've probably already picked up a pen or a sticker from us.
- On special occasions. We like to send a small thank-you, a bottle, a mug, sometimes more, to customers and partners when there's a genuine reason to: a milestone, an anniversary with us, or just because someone on the team wanted to say thanks.
- There's no public store or application form for this. It isn't a loyalty programme with fixed rules or a set number of points, it's genuinely case by case. If you'd like something, the honest answer is to ask: talk to your account manager, or open a ticket and mention it.
Boutique Stays, Through Aurogen
Ucartz's parent company is Aurogen Innovations Private Limited, built around Ucartz's own growth from our 2013 start in Punalur, Kerala. Aurogen has since grown into several sectors beyond IT and hosting, including a hospitality arm running boutique inns and villa stays in Kerala.
From time to time, Ucartz arranges a stay at one of these properties for a customer or partner we want to thank properly, not as a standard benefit that comes with every plan, and not something we can promise in advance with fixed dates or terms. If this is something you're curious about, ask your account manager directly rather than assuming it's automatic.
