Google Workspace: Your Questions

Google Workspace is Google's set of business apps: Gmail on your own domain (you@yourcompany.com), Google Drive for files, Docs, Sheets and Slides, Calendar, Meet for video calls and Chat. Everyone in your team gets an account, and you manage them all from one admin console.

Business Starter covers email, calendar, video calls and 30 GB of storage per person. Choose Business Standard for 2 TB per person and recorded meetings, Business Plus for 5 TB, Vault (keeping and searching mail and files for legal or audit needs) and stronger device control, and Enterprise Plus for the largest meetings and enterprise security.

Per user. Pick the edition, then the number of people at checkout. Pay monthly, or yearly for a lower price per user. You can add users at any time; tell us before renewal if you want fewer.

Google prices Workspace by country. Businesses based in India use the India editions, which cost less for Business Starter and Standard. Choose "Business in India" above if your business is registered in India; everyone else uses the global editions.

Yes. Workspace only needs your domain. You verify it once with a DNS record and point the mail (MX) records to Google. Your website can stay with any host, including Ucartz.
