    Shortlist and written test

    We review your CV for relevant skills and experience. Shortlisted candidates take a short written test of English communication.

  3. STEP 03

    Technical round

    You work through practical tasks for the role, then talk us through your approach. Real problems, no trick questions.

  4. STEP 04

    HR interview

    A conversation about how you work with a team, plus salary, benefits, training and our policies.

  5. STEP 05

    Checks and offer

    We check references, past employment and qualifications, then send your offer letter. Accept it and onboarding begins.

Hiring worldwide, remote work, the UAE and India, freelancing and how we hire.

No. We hire talented people from anywhere in the world. Ucartz is an online IT company: our head office is in Kerala, India, and you can join our team and work on Ucartz from any part of the world.

We do not open positions for a specific location. When a role opens and the right person is in the UAE, we interview them and bring them on board like anyone else, working remotely. We also have an office in Ras Al Khaimah.

Yes. Because we are an online company, many roles can be done from anywhere. Interviews, onboarding and daily teamwork happen online, with shared tools for remote work.

Yes. In India you can work from our offices in Anchal (Kollam) and Kazhakkoottam (Thiruvananthapuram), from home anywhere in the country, or a mix of both, depending on the role.

Tell us in your email that you are looking for freelance or contract work, with your main skill and a few examples of your work. When a project or role matches, we get in touch.

No. For remote roles you work from where you live. Hybrid roles in Kerala need you to be near one of our offices for the office days.

Engineering, Support and Business: roles such as Linux administration, DevOps, cloud engineering, AI and automation, technical support, sales and digital marketing.

Both. Some roles are open to freshers, with structured onboarding and mentorship, while others need prior experience.
