Why monitor

Do You Hear About an Outage Before Your Customers Do?

Most owners learn that a site is down from a customer. Uptime Kuma checks for you around the clock and sends the alert to you first.

Your site goes down at night

Without it: A customer finds out before you do, and the sale, or the trust, is gone.

With Uptime Kuma: It checks every 20 seconds, as often as you choose, and alerts you on Telegram, Slack or email.

A certificate or domain expires

Without it: Browsers show a warning page and visitors leave.

With Uptime Kuma: You see every expiry date and get a warning before it arrives.

A backup or cron job quietly stops

Without it: Nothing fails loudly, so you find out when you need the backup.

With Uptime Kuma: A Push monitor alerts you when the job does not report in.

Who it is for

Built for People Who Want It to Just Work.

Uptime Kuma is the open-source monitoring tool many developers and small teams already trust. Managed hosting is for anyone who wants it without owning a server.

Developers and side projects

Watch your sites, APIs and cron jobs with the same tool the big self-hosters use, without renting a server or giving up a weekend to set it up.

Agencies and freelancers

Keep an eye on every client site from one place and publish a status page for each project, with your own logo and wording, at one flat price.

Online shops and small teams

Get an alert in Telegram, Slack, Teams or email the moment a site, a checkout or a certificate has a problem, and stop paying for every extra monitor.

Radio and streaming stations

Check your stream ports and website, and show listeners a status page when something is down, so they do not have to ask you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about the plans, support and billing.

It is the real open-source Uptime Kuma, hosted by us as your own private instance. We run the server, install and update the software and set up SSL; you log in, add monitors, connect alerts and publish status pages. There is nothing to install and no server to look after.

Managed Uptime Kuma hosting is $12 a year, about $1 a month, with one price and no per-monitor fees. If you want a server of your own with root access, an Uptime Kuma VPS is $4 a month.

Choose managed hosting if you want Uptime Kuma to just work, with no server, Docker or updates to look after. Choose the Uptime Kuma VPS if you need root access, checks on a private network, or other tools such as Prometheus and Grafana on the same server.

No. Those are the parts we run for you. You only use the Uptime Kuma web interface, and point a status page domain at us if you want your own address.

Yes. It is the open-source Uptime Kuma (MIT licence), not a copy or a cut-down version, so every feature and notification service of the project is available. We keep it up to date.

Backups are not included in the $12 yearly price, but you can add them: ask for the backup add-on by support ticket at any time, and our team sets it up.

We monitor the monitor. Our team watches your hosted instance too, so if Uptime Kuma itself stops answering we know about it and fix it, and your checks carry on.

Because we run it as a service: automation does the routine work, skilled engineers look after your instance, and we work on a small margin. That keeps the price low and the service dependable for you and for us.

Websites over HTTP and HTTPS, a keyword or JSON value in a page, TCP ports, ping, DNS records and Push monitors for cron jobs and backups. Checks can run as often as every 20 seconds, and certificate and domain expiry are shown for each site.

Yes. Uptime Kuma runs with Docker or directly on Node.js. With managed hosting you need neither: we run it, so you only use the web interface.

Managed Uptime Kuma hosting is $12 a year, about $1 a month, for your own private instance with unlimited monitors. Running it yourself on a small VPS from $4 a month would cost more and leave the updates to you.

Uptime Kuma is a free, open-source monitoring tool (MIT licence) that checks websites, servers and services and alerts you when one goes down. The project has more than 90,000 stars on GitHub. With managed hosting you use it without running a server yourself.

No. Add as many monitors as you need, under fair use. For very large setups, an Uptime Kuma VPS gives you a server of your own.

Yes. Point a domain or subdomain such as status.example.com at your instance and we set it up with an SSL certificate. Uptime Kuma needs a whole domain or subdomain: it does not run under a folder such as example.com/status.

Email (SMTP), Telegram, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Pushover, ntfy, webhooks and the rest of the 90+ notification services Uptime Kuma supports.

Create a Push monitor. Uptime Kuma gives it a unique URL, and your script calls that URL with curl when it finishes. If no call arrives within the interval you set, the job is marked down and you get an alert.

Uptime Kuma has one admin login per instance today; separate user accounts and roles are an open feature request in the project. Share status pages for read-only access and send alerts to a shared Slack, Teams or email channel.

No. A hosted instance can only reach addresses that are open to the internet. For internal IP addresses or services behind a firewall, use an Uptime Kuma VPS, which you can connect to your network over a VPN.

Press Get Started. It opens our secure client area with Managed Uptime Kuma hosting in the cart. Complete the order, tell us the email for your login and your status page domain if you want one, and our team sets up your instance.

We host the software, apply its updates and security fixes, and troubleshoot it when something goes wrong, so you only have to use it.

Yes. Integrations, migrations and custom work can be booked as one-time jobs, from $8 per 15 minutes or $28 per hour, with no extra contract.

Yes. We build private AI assistants, n8n automations and system integrations and support them afterwards.
