Change a mailbox password when someone leaves, when you suspect misuse, or when the account sends spam you did not write.

Steps

  1. Log in to cPanel (for example at https://yourdomain.com:2083, or from the Ucartz client area).
  2. Open Email › Email Accounts.
  3. Click Manage next to the email address.
  4. Under Security, enter the new password (or click Generate).
  5. Click Update Email Settings.

Update the password in every mail app and phone that uses the account; they will ask for it on the next check.
