Download files from your hosting to your computer, for example to keep a backup or to edit them locally.
Steps
- Connect to your account in FileZilla.
- In the left-hand (local) panel, open the folder on your computer where the files should go.
- In the right-hand (server) panel, select the files or folders (Ctrl or Shift for several).
- Right-click and choose Download, or drag them to the left-hand panel.
The transfer queue at the bottom shows progress. Failed transfers are listed under Failed transfers; right-click and choose Reset and requeue to try again.
