PHP Values required for Wordpress installs

WordPress needs enough PHP resources to upload themes and media and to run plugins. Errors such as "The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive" or "Allowed memory size exhausted" mean these limits are too low.

Recommended values

• memory_limit: 256M
• upload_max_filesize: 64M (or the size of your largest upload)
• post_max_size: at least as large as upload_max_filesize
• max_execution_time: 120
• max_input_vars: 3000 (for large menus and page builders)

Change them in cPanel

1. Log in to cPanel (for example at https://yourdomain.com:2083, or from the Ucartz client area).
2. Open Software › MultiPHP INI Editor and choose the domain on the Basic Mode tab.
3. Set the values above and click Apply.

On CloudLinux servers, use Software › Select PHP Version › Options. Check the new values in WordPress under Tools › Site Health › Info › Server.

Note: Your hosting plan's limits still apply; very high values do not add resources.
