cPanel shows how much disk space and bandwidth (data transfer) your account uses, so you can clean up or upgrade before you reach a limit.

Quick view

The Statistics panel on the right of the cPanel home page shows disk usage, bandwidth, and the number of databases and email accounts against your plan's limits.

Disk space by folder

  1. Log in to cPanel (for example at https://yourdomain.com:2083, or from the Ucartz client area).
  2. Open Files › Disk Usage.
  3. The chart lists the space used by folders, databases and mail. Use the list at the bottom to open folders and find large files.

Bandwidth

  1. Open Metrics › Bandwidth.
  2. Choose a period to see the transfer by day or month, split into web, FTP and mail traffic.

Tip: Old backups, logs and cache folders are common causes of full disks. Email is often the largest item: see Email › Email Disk Usage.
