You can create empty files (for example a new index.html) and folders directly in File Manager.
Create a file
- Log in to cPanel (for example at
https://yourdomain.com:2083, or from the Ucartz client area). - Open Files › File Manager and go to the folder where the file should be.
- Click + File in the toolbar.
- Enter the file name, check the folder shown under it, and click Create New File.
Create a folder
- In the same place, click + Folder.
- Enter the folder name and click Create New Folder.
Tip: Use lowercase names without spaces for anything that will appear in a web address.
