Email Filters apply to a single mailbox, for example to move newsletters into a folder or delete messages with a certain subject. (To filter all mail for the account, use Email › Global Email Filters.)

As the account owner, in cPanel

  1. Log in to cPanel (for example at https://yourdomain.com:2083, or from the Ucartz client area).
  2. Open Email › Email Filters.
  3. Click Manage Filters next to the email address.
  4. Click Create a New Filter, give it a name, and set the rules (for example Subject contains newsletter).
  5. Choose an action, such as Deliver to Folder or Discard Message, and click Create.

As a mailbox user

Log in to Webmail and open the filter settings there. The filters you create in Webmail and in cPanel are the same.

As the server administrator (WHM)

In WHM, open Account Information › List Accounts, click the cPanel icon next to the account to open its cPanel, then follow the steps above.
