Change a CNAME when the service it points to gives you a new target, or delete it when you stop using that service.

Steps

  1. Log in to cPanel (for example at https://yourdomain.com:2083, or from the Ucartz client area).
  2. Open Domains › Zone Editor and click Manage next to the domain.
  3. Use the CNAME filter to list the CNAME records.
  4. Click Edit to change the target and then Save Record, or click Delete to remove the record.

The change reaches visitors as their cached copy expires, which can take up to the record's TTL.
