CPNginx is a third-party plugin that adds Nginx in front of Apache on cPanel servers. If it is installed, configure it in WHM › Plugins › cPanel Nginx.
cPanel's own NGINX
Current cPanel & WHM includes its own NGINX option (ea-nginx), supported by cPanel. Manage it in WHM › Software › NGINX Manager, where you can enable NGINX with reverse proxy and set caching per user.
Note: Do not run two NGINX setups at once; remove a third-party plugin before enabling cPanel's NGINX.
