Applies to: Ordering any hosting, VPS, dedicated server or other service through the Ucartz client area
You can order any Ucartz product directly from your client area, without contacting sales first. This guide walks through the full process, from picking a product to completing the order.
Step 1: Open the order page
Log in to your Ucartz client area and click Order New Services, either the button on your dashboard or the shortcut in the left-hand menu. This takes you to the store.
Step 2: Choose a category and plan
The store lists categories on the left, such as cPanel Web Hosting, KVM VPS, Unmanaged Dedicated Server, Managed Dedicated Server and others. Click a category to see its plans, compare the specifications shown on each plan card (disk space, bandwidth, domains and similar), then click Order Now on the plan you want.
Step 3: Configure the service
Depending on the product, you will be asked to choose options such as a billing cycle, operating system, server location, add-ons, or domain. Review each option, since some (such as control panel or extra IPs) change the price shown. Click Add to Cart once you are happy with the configuration.
Step 4: Review your cart and checkout
Your cart shows every item you have added, with its price and billing cycle. Remove anything you do not want, then click Checkout. You will be asked to confirm your account details, or log in if you are not already.
Step 5: Choose a payment method and complete the order
On the final step, choose a payment method from the options shown (see our guide on client area payment methods for what each one does), accept the terms of service, and submit the order. Most services, including VPS, deploy automatically once the order and payment are confirmed, usually within a few minutes to about an hour. Dedicated servers take longer, since they are provisioned by hand.
After ordering
You can track the new service under Services in the client area. If anything about the order needs changing, or deployment is taking longer than expected, open a support ticket and reference the order or invoice number.
