"Could not find token TPA.XXXXXXXX.YYYY" during CloudLinux registration means a Plesk licence number was used instead of a CloudLinux product key.

Fix

A CloudLinux product key looks like XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. If your CloudLinux licence comes with a Plesk licence, ask the Plesk licence provider for the CloudLinux key linked to it, then register with that key.
