Ucartz offers dedicated servers in many countries. You choose the location when you order, and the IP addresses that belong to the server are tied to that location. This article explains how location and IP addresses work together, so that you can choose well before you buy.
Where are the locations?
Ucartz lists dedicated servers for these countries: the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Turkey, Dubai (UAE), India, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, China and Australia. The pages on the Ucartz website show the models and prices for each location, and the global data centre locations page gives the overview. In India the locations include Indore, Mumbai and Raipur; which services and how much capacity are available there depends on the location, so ask before ordering a specific configuration.
How to choose
- Where are your users or partners? The nearer the server, the lower the delay. For a global audience, choose a location with good connections to many countries and use a CDN for static files.
- Which rules apply to your data? Some data must stay in a country or region.
- Which IP addresses do you need? Many plans include 1 usable IPv4 and some include 5; more addresses can be added as subnets from /29 to /24. Ask about additional subnets for your location before you order, see How to order an additional IPv4 subnet for your dedicated server?.
- Which network do your partners expect? Some partners restrict access by country or network.
Rules that connect location and IP addresses
- Choose the location at checkout. After delivery Ucartz does not move a dedicated server to another location. If you need another location, order a new server there, move your data and cancel the old one under the normal cancellation terms.
- IP addresses are final after delivery. Ucartz does not swap, rotate or replace the addresses of a delivered server on request and does not move addresses between servers, apart from the exceptions in the terms (renumbering required by the network, compliance actions, abuse mitigation).
- Geolocation records: the facility's location is not a guarantee of what third-party IP geolocation databases say. You are responsible for asking them to update their records.
- Additional subnets (/28, /27, /26, /25 and /24) are available on request for dedicated servers. Confirm the block you want for your location in a ticket before you order.
Delivery and support
Support is available 24x7 for all Ucartz servers, in English, Malayalam and Hindi for support requests. Dedicated servers are delivered within 3 to 46 business hours, depending on the location and the server type, subject to stock.

Yes. Order each server in its own location.
Can I change the location later?
Not for a delivered server. Order a new one in the location you want.
