If you pay Ucartz through a PayPal subscription, PayPal sends a payment automatically on each renewal date. Cancelling your service with us does not stop that subscription; you need to cancel it in PayPal as well.
Cancel the automatic payment in PayPal
- Log in at
paypal.com. - Click the settings (gear) icon, then open Payments.
- Click Manage automatic payments.
- Select Ucartz in the list and click Cancel, then confirm.
PayPal changes its menus from time to time; if you cannot find the option, search PayPal's help for "automatic payments".
Note: Cancelling the PayPal subscription does not cancel your hosting. To keep the service, pay future invoices manually from the client area.
