Upgrade a hosting account to a larger plan from the client area. Your website, email and databases stay in place.
Steps
- Log in to the Ucartz client area (
https://www.ucartz.com/clients/). - Open Services › My Services and click the service.
- Choose Upgrade/Downgrade in the service menu.
- Click Choose Product next to the new plan and select the billing cycle.
- Review the price (the difference for the rest of your current period) and complete the order.
The upgrade is applied once the invoice is paid.
Note: Moving from shared hosting to a VPS or dedicated server is a new order plus a migration; ask our team for help.
