Movable Type is a Perl blogging platform. There is no one-click installer for it, but you can install it yourself: our cPanel hosting runs Perl CGI scripts, and you can add missing Perl modules in Software › Perl Modules.
Follow the installation guide from the Movable Type website, upload the files to your account, and create a MySQL/MariaDB database for it in cPanel.
Tip: If you are choosing a blogging platform today, WordPress has one-click installation and a much larger range of themes and plugins.
