Django is a Python web framework. It is best run on a VPS or dedicated server, where you control the Python version, the application server (such as Gunicorn) and background workers.
Some shared hosting servers offer cPanel's Application Manager (or Setup Python App on CloudLinux) for small Python applications. Check whether it appears in your cPanel, or ask support whether your server supports it.
