Yes. PHP PEAR is available, and you can install PEAR packages into your own account from cPanel.
Install a PEAR package
- Log in to cPanel (for example at
https://yourdomain.com:2083, or from the Ucartz client area). - Open Software › PHP PEAR Packages.
- Search for the package or click Show Available Modules.
- Click Install next to it.
The page shows the include path to add to your scripts, for example with set_include_path(get_include_path() . PATH_SEPARATOR . '/home/USERNAME/php');.
Tip: Most modern PHP libraries are installed with Composer instead of PEAR.
