A tag cloud shows your most used tags, larger for tags used more often. Add it with the Tag Cloud block; do not edit WordPress core files.
Block themes (Site Editor)
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard (
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin). - Go to Appearance › Editor and open the template or template part (for example the sidebar or footer).
- Add a Tag Cloud block where you want it, and save.
Classic themes
- Go to Appearance › Widgets.
- Add the Tag Cloud block (or widget) to a sidebar and click Update.
