If you can log in by FTP and see files and folders, but no media folder, you are probably connected to a different FTP server on the same machine, for example one from a web hosting control panel that happens to accept the same username and password.
What to do
- Check the FTP host and port given in Centova Cast (your stream's Quick Links or account details).
- Server administrators: make sure Centova Cast's own FTP server is the one listening on that address, or run it on a separate IP or port.
