The "4gb seg fixup" message appeared with 32-bit (i386) systems running under old Xen virtualisation, where Xen's memory handling conflicted with glibc's thread-local storage.
It does not affect 64-bit systems. The practical fix today is to move to a 64-bit operating system (all current Linux distributions and CloudLinux releases are 64-bit only).
