Use a long, unique password for your WordPress account; the admin login is the most attacked part of any WordPress site.

Steps

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard (https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin).
  2. Open Users › Profile.
  3. Under Account Management, click Set New Password. WordPress suggests a strong password; replace it with your own if you prefer.
  4. Click Update Profile.

Other devices stay logged in until their session ends; click Log Out Everywhere Else on the same page if you think someone else has access.
