Yes, WordPress and other common applications can be installed from the Virtualmin control panel.

How long does it take to set up my hosting account?

Your account is created automatically once payment is confirmed. Login details are emailed to you shortly after.

Do all plans include daily backups?

No. Advanced and Premium include daily backups. Starter and Basic do not; see each plan's card above.

How do I log into my hosting account?

Go to https://yourdomain.com:10000 in your browser (or the server IP if your domain is not pointed yet), and sign in with the username and password from your welcome email.

Do you offer a refund on web hosting plans?

Yes. Your first web hosting order has a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within the first 30 days.
