Updated: 28 September 2026 · Applies to: PHP 8.1 to 8.4 on cPanel & WHM 138 (Jupiter theme)
Our PHP builds include the extensions most applications need, such as bcmath, curl, dom, exif, fileinfo, gd, gettext, iconv, intl, mbstring, mysqli, openssl, PDO (MySQL and SQLite), soap, xml, zip and zlib, plus OPcache. The exact list depends on the server and the PHP version.

- Create a
phpinfo()page (see "Creating PHP info files") and look for the extension name. - On CloudLinux servers, open Software › Select PHP Version in cPanel: every available extension is listed, and you can tick the ones you need.
- In Terminal:
php -m.
If an extension your application needs is missing, open a support ticket with its name and the PHP version.
Note: Old extensions such as mysql and mcrypt were removed from PHP 7; applications that still need them must be updated.
