An intro file plays to each listener when they connect. A newly loaded intro file only takes effect after the stream restarts.
Fix
- Log in to your Centova Cast panel (usually
https://your-server:2199). - Restart the stream (stop, then start).
- Reconnect with your player to hear the intro.
Tip: Use the same audio format and bitrate for the intro as your stream (for example MP3 at 128 kbps), or some players will skip it.
