No, there is no free trial for Ucartz reseller hosting. Instead, reseller hosting is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: you pay for the plan, start using it straight away, and if you are not satisfied you can cancel within 30 days of sign-up and ask for a refund. The guarantee applies to your first purchase of that service at Ucartz.
How the 30-day money-back guarantee works
- Order a reseller hosting plan and pay the first invoice. The account is set up and you can create client accounts, upload sites and test everything with real traffic.
- If it is not right for you, within 30 days of sign-up open Services › My Services, click the service and choose Request Cancellation.
- Open a ticket from Support › Open Ticket asking for a refund under the 30-day guarantee.
- Refund processing can take up to 14 days from when we acknowledge your request.
Take a copy of anything you want to keep before cancelling. An immediate cancellation suspends the service at once and terminates it within 24 hours, and data cannot be recovered after termination.
What the guarantee covers
- Your first purchase of a service at Ucartz, such as web hosting, reseller hosting, VPS and cloud, or streaming hosting.
- The hosting fee you paid for that service.
What it does not cover
- Dedicated servers.
- Domain registrations, transfers and renewals.
- Hire an Expert work and solution services such as server management, software installation and custom builds.
- Third-party licence charges and paid licences.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breaking our terms.
If your plan came with a free domain, the standard price of the domain is deducted from the refund, or you can pay the difference and keep the domain.
Ways to reduce the risk before you buy
- Ask pre-sales questions in a ticket or chat first: control panel, limits, migrations, white-label branding.
