Email Filters in cPanel apply to one mailbox. You can change a filter's rules or actions, or remove it.

Edit a filter

  1. Log in to cPanel (for example at https://yourdomain.com:2083, or from the Ucartz client area).
  2. Open Email › Email Filters.
  3. Click Manage Filters next to the email address.
  4. Under Current Filters, click Edit next to the filter.
  5. Change the rules or actions and click Save.

Delete a filter

On the same list, click Delete next to the filter and confirm. Messages already moved or deleted by it are not affected.

Tip: Mailbox users can also manage their own filters in Webmail; the filters are the same.
