A few of our clients and visitors took the time to let us know that some of our knowledge base articles were out of date. We want to say thank you for that. It told us something worth hearing: even in an age of AI, people still read and rely on our documentation, and that matters to us.
That feedback is what started this project, close to 7 months ago. Our admin team began by using their spare time to review articles. It did not stay a side task for long. It became one of their main priorities.
Update, October 18, 2026
The work is still in progress. Since our last update on October 7, we have updated and verified another 455 articles live, between October 8 and October 18. Every updated article shows the date it was last updated at the top of the page.
-
184 new articles have been added since September 28, on topics the knowledge base did not cover before.
-
We shortened long article titles so they show in full in search results, and old article addresses now redirect to the current article, so saved and shared links keep working.
We are continuing with the remaining articles and will keep publishing them in batches as they are ready.
Earlier update, October 7, 2026
Over these 7 months, our team has manually read, researched, and rewritten more than 9,000 articles internally, working through them in the office before anything was published live.
Starting September 28, we began publishing that work to the site. More than 2,500 articles have already been updated and verified live:
-
2,050+ were rewritten, where we found outdated steps, old screenshots, incorrect information, or anything that no longer matched how our services work today.
-
450+ were checked and found to still be accurate, so we left them exactly as they were rather than editing for the sake of editing.
An update on the remaining work
We originally expected to have everything caught up by October 10. We want to be transparent that the work is taking longer than we initially expected.
We are still actively working through the remaining articles. We have a team of 5 or more staff working on this every day, alongside their other responsibilities. Some articles only need a quick date refresh because the content is already correct. Others have already been fully reviewed and rewritten internally and are waiting to be published.
Rather than rushing the remaining articles just to meet a date, we are continuing to verify them properly before they go live. The goal is not simply to increase the number of published articles, but to make sure the information you find is actually useful and accurate.
We will continue publishing the completed work in batches as it is ready.
If you come across an article that seems outdated, unclear, or incorrect in the meantime, please let us know. Our team will look into it, verify it, and get it updated.
Thank you for your patience, and for helping us make our documentation better.
