How long does it take to get my server?

Delivery time depends on the location and hardware. Your login details are emailed as soon as the server is ready; ask our team if you need a firm date before you order.

What happens if hardware fails?

We replace or repair failed hardware within 24 hours of confirming the fault, as set out in our service level agreement.

Can I get a refund on a dedicated server?

Dedicated servers are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. If you want to test first, start with monthly billing.

Do you back up my data?

Not on self-managed servers: backups are your responsibility. Our engineers can set up automated backups for you as a paid task.
