A cron job or script that fetches HTTPS URLs with Perl's LWP fails with "LWP will support https URLs if the LWP::Protocol::https module is installed" when that Perl module is missing.
Fix (root)
dnf install perl-LWP-Protocol-https perl-IO-Socket-SSL # AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux apt install liblwp-protocol-https-perl # Ubuntu, Debian
On cPanel servers you can also install it from WHM › Software › Install a Perl Module (search for LWP::Protocol::https). Then run the cron command again by hand to check.
