A domain forwarder redirects all mail for one domain to the same usernames at another domain. For example, mail to anna@old-example.com goes to anna@example.com.

Steps

  1. Log in to cPanel (for example at https://yourdomain.com:2083, or from the Ucartz client area).
  2. Open Email › Forwarders.
  3. Click Add Domain Forwarder.
  4. Choose the domain to forward from, and enter the domain to forward to.
  5. Click Add Domain Forwarder.

Note: Mailboxes and individual forwarders on the old domain are skipped: only addresses without their own mailbox are forwarded. The usernames must exist at the destination domain, or the mail bounces there.
