Without a limit, an autoresponder could reply to the same sender again and again, or loop with another autoresponder. The Interval setting prevents that.
Steps
- Log in to cPanel (for example at
https://yourdomain.com:2083, or from the Ucartz client area). - Open Email › Autoresponders.
- Click Edit next to an existing autoresponder, or Add Autoresponder for a new one.
- In Interval, enter the number of hours to wait before replying to the same sender again, for example
24. Use0only if every message must get a reply. - Click Create (or save the changes).
cPanel remembers who received a reply, so each sender gets at most one reply per interval.
