Deleting an email account removes the mailbox and every message in it. It cannot be undone.
Steps
- Save anything you need first, for example by exporting from your mail app or moving messages to another account.
- Log in to cPanel (for example at
https://yourdomain.com:2083, or from the Ucartz client area). - Open Email › Email Accounts.
- Click Manage next to the address.
- At the bottom of the page, click Delete Email Account and confirm.
Messages sent to the address afterwards are handled by the domain's Email › Default Address setting. To keep receiving them elsewhere, create a forwarder with the same address.
