A domain forwarder sends all mail for one domain to the same addresses at another domain. Delete it when that domain should receive its own mail again.
Steps
- Log in to cPanel (for example at
https://yourdomain.com:2083, or from the Ucartz client area). - Open Email › Forwarders.
- Under Forward All Email for a Domain, find the domain.
- Click Delete and confirm with Delete Domain Forwarder.
From then on, mail for the domain is delivered to its own mailboxes. Addresses without a mailbox follow the domain's Email › Default Address setting.
