An addon domain is a second, separate website in your hosting account, with its own folder, email addresses and DNS zone.

Before you start

Register the domain and set its nameservers to the ones in your Ucartz welcome email. The number of addon domains depends on your hosting plan.

Steps

  1. Log in to cPanel (for example at https://yourdomain.com:2083, or from the Ucartz client area).
  2. Open Domains › Domains and click Create A New Domain.
  3. Enter the domain name, without www.
  4. Untick Share document root and check the document root (the folder for the new site).
  5. Click Submit.

Upload the website to its folder, create email accounts in Email › Email Accounts, and install an SSL certificate (AutoSSL usually adds a free one within a few hours once DNS points here).
