Check these points when you cannot connect by FTP to upload music:
- Use your Centova Cast username and password (not the admin account or your DJ/source password).
- Use FTP port
21. Your streaming port (for example 8000 to 8100) is only for audio and does not accept FTP. - Use the server host name or IP address shown in Centova Cast.
- If your FTP program has trouble listing folders, switch it to passive mode.
You can also upload with the web uploader in Centova Cast's file manager.
