In some cases, you will find yourself needing to block accounts from accessing their Email. In order to do this, but still, keep the inbox messages of that certain user, you can utilize the Suspend Login option.
We will show you in the following lines exactly how to suspend login for an Email account using cPanel.
1) To activate this option you first need to Login to your cPanel account and navigate to the Email Accounts section.
2) Click on the More drop-down button next to the targeted account.
3) Select the Suspend Login option in order to enable it.
Once you return to the previous page, you will notice that the first logo symbolizing outgoing messages will be crossed off. You can always toggle the Login setting back on by clicking on Unsuspend Login.
