You can set a new root (Linux) or Administrator (Windows) password for your VPS from the Ucartz client area.
Steps
- Log in to the Ucartz client area (
https://www.ucartz.com/clients/). - Open Services › My Services and click the service.
- Choose Change Password in the VPS management options.
- Enter a strong new password and confirm.
Some operating systems apply the new password only after a reboot. Use it for SSH or Remote Desktop.
Note: If you log in with SSH keys and have turned off password logins, the new password only works on the VNC console. If the option is not shown, you can also reset the password in the VPS control panel, or open a support ticket.
