The message "ionCube Loader is not installed" means a PHP script was encoded with ionCube and the PHP version your site uses does not load the ionCube Loader.
On a server with WHM (root)
- Log in to WHM as root (
https://your-server:2087). - Open Software › EasyApache 4, click Customize and go to PHP Extensions.
- Search for
ioncubeand switch on the ionCube package for the PHP version the site uses. - Click Review and Provision.
On CloudLinux
In cPanel, open Software › Select PHP Version, tick ioncube_loader and save.
On shared hosting
Open a support ticket with the domain name and we will enable it for you.
Note: ionCube Loader versions support specific PHP versions. If the script needs an older PHP, check the vendor's requirements before you change the site's PHP version.
