"Connection refused" or "timed out" when uploading music by FTP means your FTP program cannot reach Centova Cast's FTP server.
Check
- Use your Centova Cast server's host name or IP address and FTP port 21 (not your streaming port).
- Make sure the FTP service is running. As root on the server:
/etc/init.d/centovacast start-ftp(or restart Centova Cast). - Make sure a firewall allows port 21 and the passive FTP port range.
