Crypt::DSA is a Perl module for DSA signatures. Install it from your distribution's packages or from CPAN.
Install (root)
dnf install perl-Crypt-DSA # AlmaLinux / Rocky (EPEL may be needed) apt install libcrypt-dsa-perl # Ubuntu / Debian cpan Crypt::DSA # from CPAN
On cPanel servers, use WHM › Software › Install a Perl Module and search for Crypt::DSA.
