To initiate a server reboot, please follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Login to your client area.
Step 2: Go to, My Products & Services and here all of your services will be listed.
Step 3: Open the service which you needs to be rebooted.
Step 4: Now, scroll down within the service page, you can find an option for reboot.
Step 5: To reboot, click on "Manage Server Power" and then choose "reset" and send the command to the server.
In case you are not able to locate a reboot option available in the client area. Don’t worry - you still have two easy alternatives to reboot your server:
Option 1: Reboot via Terminal
If you have SSH/root access, you can reboot your server directly through the terminal using the command:
reboot
Option 2: Open a Support Ticket
If you’re not comfortable with terminal commands or prefer assistance, simply open a support ticket from your client area. Our team is available 24/7 to help reboot your server safely.
