Symptoms

During the server registration or converting CentOS to CloudLinux, getting the following error:

Could not find token TPA.XXXXXXXX.YYYY
Error Class Code: 60
Error Class Info:
The activation token specified could not be found on the server.
Please retry with a valid key.
Unable to register at CLN server, please contact CloudLinux support at https://helpdesk.cloudlinux.com

 

Cause

Plesk license number is used in TPA.XXXXXXXX.YYYY format, instead of CloudLinux product key.

Resolution

CloudLinux product key has the following format: XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Contact Plesk Licensing and Purchase Support to get the CloudLinux product key associated with your TPA license. Related article: https://kb.plesk.com/en/126999
