We’ve recently made important upgrades to our PayPal payment system to ensure faster, more secure, and reliable recurring transactions.
If you currently pay through PayPal Subscriptions, please cancel your existing PayPal subscription and create a new one when making your next payment. This step ensures your future invoices are automatically processed under the new PayPal system without interruptions.
What you need to do:
- Log in to your PayPal account and cancel your old Ucartz subscription.
- When your next invoice is due, log in to your Ucartz Client Area.
- Open your unpaid invoice and select PayPal as your payment method to start a new subscription.
If you have already made a PayPal payment recently but your invoice has not been marked as paid, please open a billing support ticket and our team will assist you promptly.
